Qualifications and Skills
- 5 years medical abstract coding/auditing Pro-Fee experience required
- Minimum 3 years experience in coding audit or quality review work required
- CPMA certification within one year from date of hire.
- Coding Certification through AHIMA or AAPC
Certifications: Two of the following certifications (or eligibility therefor):

- CPC
- CEMC
- CPMA
- CRC
- CPB
- Specialty certification
- CCS-P
- RHIT
- Ability to create and follow written procedure.
- Ability to provide professional written communication and excellent customer service.
- Technical proficiency with computers, basic Microsoft software, and medical software systems (PM/EHR)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong technical and computer skills (PM/EHR Software, Excel, Outlook, MS Office, Web)
- Ability to learn new systems, software, and client specialties quickly.
- Self-starter with little to no supervision

Pay range: $58,000/yr and up, DOE The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
